Campus Description
Barnard is a small, highly selective liberal arts college for women, in partnered with Columbia University and located in New York City. Its faculty, more than half of whom are women, are prominent scholars as well as dedicated and accessible teachers. As an undergraduate affiliate of Columbia University, Barnard has a cross-registration program enabling students to enjoy a vast selection of courses and extracurricular activities, Division I athletic competition and a fully coeducational social life.
