St. Joseph's College of Nursing at St. Joseph's Health
St. Joseph's College of Nursing is a two-year, hospital-based associate degree (RN) program. We offer both a weekday as well as a evening/weekend program. Non-nursing courses offered through Le Moyne College. St. Joseph's students are oriented to the Le Moyne campus and may partake of activities at their campus. A dual degree and Accelerated dual degree (for those with an existing Bachelor's degree in another field) nursing program is offered as well with a BS completion at Le Moyne. Le Moyne is located approximately 5 miles east of St. Joseph's. The Hospital Health Center is located north of Syracuse's downtown area in the "near north side" close to Destiny USA, the NBT Bank Stadium and the bus and train station. There are dozens of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. We offer comfortable accommodations for residents and non-resident men and women (for weekday associate degree only).
More than a hospital, St. Joseph's is a network of health care services and programs, including a 431-bed, comprehensive medical care facility, many outpatient programs, a home health care agency, satellite facilities and affiliated organizations. Our open-heart surgery program is recognized as one of the best in the country. Other programs of excellence include maternal/child, vascular, pulmonary, orthopedic and emergency care.

NSANYS New York State Student Nurses Association, NSNA National Student Nurses Association, Peer Mentor Group, SABNA Syracuse Area Black Nurses Association, Student Body Organization (student government Level I & Level II), Student Development & Campus Life, Study Groups. Nursing club and other clubs and activities are offered through our affiliate Le Moyne College.
